Hobbledehoo 12-Month Guarantee

We want every family to enjoy their Hobbledehoo with confidence.

That's why every genuine Hobbledehoo product is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What is Covered?

We will repair, replace, or refund a Hobbledehoo product that fails due to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty stitching
  • Defective buckles, clips, or hardware
  • Material faults that occur during normal intended use

If we determine that your product has a manufacturing fault, we will provide a replacement or suitable remedy at no cost to you.

What is Not Covered?

Our products are designed for active children and family adventures, so some signs of use are completely normal.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage, fading, scuffs, or marks from everyday use
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, improper storage or machine washing
  • Damage resulting from accidents or abnormal use
  • Second-hand products where proof of original purchase cannot be provided
