In November 2015 the Hobbledehoo Active Childs Harness received its very important stamp of approval by attaining the BS EN 13210 standard for the safety requirements of “Child use and care articles — Children’s harnesses, reins and similar type articles”. The harness has undergone rigorous testing and although not a toy it has undergone compliance with the European Standard on the Safety of Toys, BS EN 71-3 and had all of the components tested for migrating chemical elements. The Harness itself has then undergone a battery of tests regarding the strength of the stitching and leash attachment including dynamic strength testing. All of this was passed and certificate of compliance issued in November 2015.
